Vegan Parmesan Cheeze


Kids LOVE it and Hubby can’t believe how good it is!

Totally delicious sprinkled on pasta, pizza, roasted vegetables,
rice or anything else you can think of.
We also love it sprinkled on curry and rice!
My non-vegan family and friends absolutely love it!


1 cup raw cashews

1 cup Nutritional yeast flakes

1.5 tsp fine Celtic salt (more or less depending on how prominent you want it to be)

2-3 tsp coconut sugar

1 tsp garlic powder 



  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor and pulse/mix until a fine meal is achieved.
  2. Taste and add extra salt or sugar according to preference.


Keep in an air-tight container.  Can be stored in the pantry and lasts for several weeks.

Or double the portion and store half in the fridge to last a few months.
