Tomato Surprise Smoothie

Deliciously Tangy, creamy and Sweet

 

 

 

Ingredients:

1 cup soy milk (or your favourite non-dairy milk)

1 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries)

1 Orange or ½ Tbsp lemon juice

1-2 Tbsp honey (depending on how sweet you like it)

A few ice cubes (to keep the smoothie cool while blending)

 

Method:

  1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth.  Taste and adjust as desired.
